P.M.C.B. Is Not A Consortium Itself, but it's a consortium builder entrepreneur company.

The P.M.C.B.'s strategy is close to the entrepreneur foundations. The company provides the possibility of synergy of existing resources in the systems of the shareholders and their trustworthy entities; And efforts not to make new capacities in parallel with the existing one.

P.M.C.B. builds a consortium to examine a case and/or follow through with any case having either of the following conditions:

• The execution of the case cannot be accomplished by one individual or legal entity

• There is preference to execute the case by synergy of several familiar and trustful entities.

The Built Consortium prepares the conditions for exchanging, sharing, or giving the resources amongst the members under specific criteria which are described in the section "method of performance".

The members of this consortium would consist of P.M.C.B. shareholders and their trustworthy entities. These members will effort to gain from free capacities of resources of their own active systems and/or their trustworthy entities one. So, they not only minimize the duration and costs of the cases but also make such free potential capacities useable.

The Expenses and Earnings of the consortium of each case will be considered by its independent members based on their proportion of partnership. In other words, the financial transactions will independently be conducted in the members' systems (i.e. companies).
If the P.M.C.B. is involved in a consortium as a member, it will participate in expenses and earnings according to the level of participation in the consortium (just like other independent members).

P.M.C.B. Hopes to introduce and form a credible legal brand in entrepreneurship and business that inspires a convergent, orderly, trustworthy, and friendly atmosphere.

The word "Medical" in the company's name does not only stand for medical activities, but represents the method of performance that has been chosen by the P.M.C.B.

The medical and medical commissions are well known and accepted concepts of consortium building methods between most of the people in society; Envision a person have a medical issue (case). If he cannot recognize and cure the case by his own facilities or he prefers to use related centers, first, he explains the case to the doctors in clinics, laboratories, imaging centers, etc. for recognition. Then based on the given solutions, he refers to pharmacies, hospitals, etc. for treatment.
