(Fields of Formation of Consortiums)

Conducting authorized activities which are related to all following fields:

Medical, veterinary, poultry, aquatic, plant pathology, botany, agriculture, pastures, forests, medical radiation, radiotherapy, radiography, imaging, drug, radiopharmaceutical, therapeutic, cell therapy, rehabilitation, biomedical engineering, engineering and technology, industrial, mineral, construction,

And ideas, plans, projects, items, equipment, materials, goods, parts, components, devices, and machines which are related to abovementioned fields, and also fields which will be necessary in line with corporate goals from now on as follows:

Making a connection with foreign and domestic resources as well as centers for:

• Exchanging newest and most modern hardware, software, methods, innovations, technologies, and findings

• Transferring and publishing knowledge, technologies and methods

• Establishing domestic and foreign exhibitions, conferences, and seminars

• Taking the domestic and foreign agencies

• Establishing domestic and foreign contracts, agreements, and alliances

• Doing all tasks which become necessary in structures, ranges of systems , and projects, as well as performing services before, during, and after finishing these tasks in different aspects and periods of time, including:

• Consulting, publishing, supervising, and operating

• Conducting commercial, import, export, supply, production, distribution, purchase and sale tasks

• Offering before and after-sale service, repair, and maintenance

• Construction of buildings and installations, and also establishing, launching, managing, and operating the centers containing hospital, therapy, radiotherapy, radiography, rehabilitation, as well as therapy

• Importing and producing medicines, equipment, and medical needs

• Establishing and managing clinics

• Performing services in line with calibration, service, maintenance, and training of medical equipment containing diagnostic, imaging, therapy and instrumentation, and also quality control of medical and industrial ionizing and non-ionizing systems.

• Doing Industrial radiography

• Attraction and admission of domestic and foreign patients

• Taking and giving agency from and to legal as well as individual entities either domestic or foreign

• Taking loan and facilities from domestic and foreign banks, credit institutes and centers

and in general doing any type of services, commercial and specialized activities which are in line with domestic and abroad regulations of the country.
