Definition of Function Management System (F.M.S) in correlating core
F.M.S is an executive system with matrix management, in which members of correlating core assume the responsibility for managing one of different departments depending on the conditions of each project as described as follows (See Section "Method of Performance of Group"), and upon termination of each special project, the responsibilities of departments' managers and members are terminated as well.

Definition of a Function Specific to each Project: Z=f (x, y)
Z: A mode of Function Management System (F.M.S), where the members of the group assume responsibilities for realizing exchange of capabilities and meeting the needs of Sisto Scientific-Specialized Characters Correlated Group (An, Bm) within the framework of special strategy and project in various departments.
X=An: A scientific-specialized character from the archive, introduced by S.E.G to Bm for exchanging his/her capabilities and/or meeting his/her needs based on F.M.S System.
Y=Bm: A new scientific-specialized character, introduced by S.E.G to An for exchanging his/her capabilities and/or meeting his/her needs based on F.M.S System.

Note: If two characters existing in archive (x, y) exchange their capabilities and meet their needs, they will be considered as Ans and if they are two new characters, they will be considered as Bms.

Definition of diagram's factors
S.E.G: Initial establisher members of correlating core of "Sisto Scientific-Specialized Characters Correlated Group.
An: Members of Sisto Scientific-Specialized Characters Correlated Group are characters who have been previously introduced to correlating group and their capabilities and needs have been filed and are available in archive of the group for being exchanged with other members of S.C.G.
CAn: are Capabilities of An scientific-specialized characters, which entire or part of these capabilities are needed by Bm-characters.
NAn: are Needs of An scientific-specialized characters, which Bm-character can and wants to cover them by entire or part of his/her/its capabilites.
Bm: New scientific-specialized characters are characters who have been introduced to S.E.G. Group for communicating with S.C.G.
CBm: are Capabilities of Bm scientific-specialized characters, which entire or part of these capabilities are needed by An-characters.
NBm: are Needs of Am scientific-specialized characters, which An-character can and wants to cover them by entire or part of his/her/its capabilites.
n & m: Representing scientific-specialized characters in the archive, are numerical indices according to which specifications, capabilities and needs of the characters are filed in the archive.

Explanation of method of Correlated Group's Performance in Function Management System (F.M.S)
Bm character is selected by a member of the group,
The selected Bm character is introduced to the group,
The group communicates with the concerned Bm character through the introducing member,
If agreed by the group and the communicating Bm character, the capabilities, needs and strategies are exchanged and meeting the needs by the group is filed,
From previous An characters, characters are selected that have conditions more compliant with those of new Bm character,
First, An and Bm characters are provided with their capabilities and needs,
If desired, An and Bm characters are introduced to each other,
If agreed to exchange any capability and meet any need, the related affairs are defined and fulfilled through jointly managing the communications and strategy in the form of some projects.
Without presence of the members of the group, independently by the introduced An and Bm characters;
If presence of one or more members of the group is necessary for cooperation, they will personally decide and cooperate.
If cooperation of S.E.G is necessary, the conditions of the members are reviewed and An and Bm managers will be cooperated within the framework of F.M.S System.
Such management may be fulfilled by one of the following methods:
Position of each member of S.E.G Group in Function Management System (F.M.S) in each project:
Considering the mutual respect, confidence and recognition already build among the members, which will increase from now on, in any case confirmed by the group to have cooperation, members of the group will assume responsibility for managing one of the departments of Function Management System, depending on the following conditions:
Extent of responsibility each member should have for being accountable to An and Bm;
Field and extent of the expertise required and existing with members;
Qualitative and quantitative specifications of place-, time- and work-related conditions of each member of the group as well the proposed project;

Note: If two characters existing in archive exchange their capabilities and meet their needs, in order to realize the tasks, from the above-said steps, step 7 and afterwards will be then feasible.

Main Findings of the Members from Group Performances in each Project
Under any circumstances, the group will achieve the most valuable capital, i.e. having more common friends who are in various social positions and territories and become older and more valuable, and such friends will act as another effective factor for further consolidation of the relationship between the members of the group.
