Definition

S.C.G is a "consortium builder system for expertise, consultation, execution, and network management", having no constraint with regard to time, location, and facilities.

By taking advantage of the wisdom of the crowd, and based on the rules of an executive management system named "Functional Management System – F.M.S.", the S.C.G. paves the way to exchange the capabilities and meet the needs of a limited number of those characters who have a necessary proportional cognition from each other (direct or indirect) and their thoughts and beliefs are alike as is needed.

In S.C.G., each correlated scientific-specialized character has her/his independent social job and position. In a friendly atmosphere, based on mutual trust and respect, they believe and want to have relationships and cooperation with other independent like-minded persons to exchange their capabilities and meet their needs, while emphasizing on preservation of independency and peace in their personal atmosphere; Provided that they be free from the constraint of dependency on "legal entities and/or similar systems confined and constrained to subject, location, time, and financial revenues" for cooperation and relationship.

Communication method of members of Correlated Scientific-Specialized Characters in S.C.G System

In case of absence of direct link or if it be needed, the communication between members of S.C.G system would be made through a Correlating Core in which its members have specific characteristics, based on the regulations of a matrix management system called Functional Management System (F.M.S.).

Specifications of "Members of Correlating Core" of Correlated Scientific-Specialized Characters in S.C.G System

From Individual Aspects and Quality of Presence of the Core, Members of the correlating core should be positivist humans who their main objective from correlating the characters for exchanging their capabilities and meeting their needs, should not be only for personal incomes in a specific case. Rather, they should strongly believe that their presence in the core and their performances in Function Management System (F.M.S) is an invaluable opportunity to find common friends, who are in various social positions and territories and become older and more valuable, for both life and further business.

From social aspect, each member from academic, specialized, and social positions shall has the competency for communicating and cooperating with characters and specialists who play special and effective roles in determining modern scientific strategies with respect to management, economic and commercial issues, modern technologies, technical and engineering researches and related industries and have top knowledge, experience and thoughts.

From intra-group aspect, the members of initial core shall sufficiently know each other, having enough confidence, and there should be intellectual links and concordance, strong correlation and mutual respect among them, and they shall be informed of existence of such factors among them as time passes.

First Members of the Correlating Core in S.C.G system

The first members forming the correlating core are the members of Solouki Engineers Group (S.E.G). Based on a formulated plan since 2002, these members have been trying to obtain the specifications defined for members of the correlating core and pave the way for forming Sisto Scientific- Specialized Characters Correlated Group as far as possible.

Continuance and Development of Correlating Core in S.C.G system

In order to continue, develop and qualitatively and quantitatively promote the correlating core, their members will try to invite the people with the above-mentioned specifications to attend the group as members.
