1- From 1960 to 1990: before Sanee Industrial Co., working and living in environments that were neither an ocean with the depth of a span, nor a well with infinite depth.

2- From spring 1992, at the age of 40, simultaneously with manufacturing the first crawler drills in Iran (a task with hard and heavy consequences),

defining a 10-year project up to 2002, when the children's presence in university, designing and executing a system whose achievements make "the wife and children of the family" more acquainted with tears and smiles of life and work, making the pleasure of cooperation and concordance with each other and people more tangible.

3- From spring 2002, at the age of 50, substituting "Sisto System" with "production of crawler drills in Sanee Industrial Co.":

• Suspending the production in Sanee Industrial Co. up to 2010 or 2011 and educating top managers group instead of top machines" as far as possible

• Defining a 10-year period up to 2010, at the age of 60, and probably presence the children at Doctorate Degree.

Due to the belief that managers, experts and/or alumni can not save systems "lonely and in a one-dimensional manner" like "educated specialized managers interested in and aware of economics and group work", at the peak of material growth with Sanee Industrial Co., production of crawler drills was suspended and with the backgrounds of Sanee Industrial Co., it was substituted with design and execution of a high risk, expensive and time-consuming project called Sisto.

4- From 2008, upon the conditions of the children, defining Solouki Engineering Group (S.E.G) and designing Function Management System (F.M.S) in line with the objectives of Sisto:

Designing and establishing a new system that enables the members of the family achieve more power combined with modesty and appreciation against other under any conditions in their personal independent work and life at any place and time through communicating with the similarly-thinking people and exchanging their capabilities and meeting their needs, becoming more accompanied with people and respecting their ideas and positions, and always seek their success in being accompanied and cooperating with others, not in eliminating them.

5- From 2011 up to about 2015, providing the conditions for changing the definition of SEG Group to SDG Group simultaneously with obtaining doctorate degree by the children.

Before Sanee Industrial Co., living and working in environments that
" were neither an ocean with the depth of a span, nor a well with infinite depth !"

From 1960, since my father belong to the family of reporters and representatives of the reputable press of the country;

I could have access to various social, scientific and specialized publications and consequently I got acquainted with ideas of the characters introduced in them. I get familiar with the readers of such publications who were very limited, had special social positions and received the publications as permanent subscribers directly from my father due to smallness of the cities, as well as the authorities being interviewed by my father in news that mostly were considered as my father's friends. I talked with many of them and consequently I was provided with the possibility to see and experience the output of the non-paced ways and numerous social patterns and have necessary self-esteem for encountering with the works and people in special social positions. More importantly, I heartily felt the importance of respecting people and accompanying them and try to fulfill and continue it during whole my life up to now and also transfer them to my children.

During adolescence and youth, due to existence of facilities, I experienced any trend in which I interested to a desirable extent;

Social and political activities, working as self-employed and employee, training and being trained simultaneously, newsman with its various social and political involvements, exclusive representative of reputable social, scientific and specialized publications, membership in the board of directors, acting as managing director and manager of foreign relations in publication and research legal entities, cooperation with the activists in various technical and engineering and specialized fields, membership in the board of directors and acting as managing director of civil companies, …

And finally, from 1990, at the age of 38, getting relaxed and accompanying the tides of tears and smiles!!
