Analysis the Way of Children Attendance Into the Society Relying on the Family Capabilities (being like a Pigeon or an Eagle?)
Usually the following questions are posed in those families who are active in the private section and have financial capabilities, and may give their children the chance to promote:
Which of the three dimensions of education, specialty and economical management and earning shall be chosen and followed by the children? And up to what age? And what shall be the maximum and minimum range of the successes they should achieve? And most importantly, their presence and performance in the society relying on their families' capabilities and facilities should be like a home dependent pigeon or a free high-fly eagle?
The home dependent pigeons are kept by their owners until there are developed with their wings and feathers and be able to fly, after which their grower also enjoys to see their height of flying and maneuvers around the same roof she/her has stood on, and consider their range of flying until the distance that she/he may see them. And if not saying that the grower does not wish to lose them, but it may be said that she/he will worry for them not to be lost and stray.
And if she/he has such a feeling before the flying of any pigeon, then he/she will shortens or fastens its wings and feathers so that first of all it learn such range of flying and returning and then start flying.
When the free high-fly eagles are ready to fly, after a while not only have no limit in flying height, and have not to come back home for food, but they also go for hunting and also determines their horizon range of flying and come back home only for resting, which is only their own home.
The family capabilities may be considered as such wings and feathers to make them act as pigeons or eagles.
In the second case, if the eagle wants to make its children to be eagles like it, then on one side it shall take care of them using the family capabilities so that the child's wings and feathers are ready for flying, and on the other side shall give the child the courage for flying when it is the time, and also show it so many different areas in a timely manner so that the child may find and choose a higher and bigger area for itself and also make the child leave the home in time to become another eagle.
The recognition the time, location, height and range of horizon as well as capabilities and moments of flight, and eventually the time of its compulsory migration by the parents are important factors which may be quite deciding.

The Analysis of Way of Manners of Children in the Societies Towards Working and Life, and Continuing the Path of Parents in Manufacturing or Not? (like Pigeon or Eagle?)
In spring 2002, after completion of the project of "first exportation of the first Crawler Drills made in Iran" at Sanee Industrial Family Company, which was the result of the team work of the family members, the members studied the level of their defined targets achievements.

Through such study, the family observed and understood the exceptional results of fulfillment this task and after analysis of their performances towards two principles of working and life, and conclusion on the achieved successes, they faced with the following important question:
Due to the capabilities and no financial needs and admiration the children enjoy, shall they continue their way as a home-dependent pigeon or as a free high-fly eagle?
And whether the children may inherently be an eagle or a pigeon? If they are eagle, and are flying around the landlord's home like pigeons; how they should forget about their habits and learn that they are inherently a free eagles? And want and can become another unlimited eagle?
Concerning the response of this question, the family concluded as the following:
In order not to forget about the most important family mission (i.e. consideration the children future and destiny) due to some of the effects of attractive and lucrative tasks; and the children (both sons and daughters) are not merely limited to those achievements and findings provided via the parents and be proud to their own findings using the current support,
the family should define a series of short- and long-term objectives and arrange plans and provide facilities and conditions based on the same, so that all the three children, notwithstanding their gender, may initiate a harmonious and simultaneous movement to obtain the social positions in three aspects of educational, specialty and financial positions under their mutual cooperation and companionship, so that:
First:
the society do not define the children merely with respect to the life appearances, such as color, quality, thickness and stiffness of the walls of the golden cages of small and big four walls, cars, communicative and unreal designations and titles, which are achieves without enjoying competency, and are always subject to incidents, destruction and considered as anti-values.
And the children will be so that in any society they attend, the view and consideration made to them by the members of such society and the definitions they offer from them, to be due to the children's persistent and inherent capabilities (though these capabilities are not abundant).
And the children learn that: not to make a well from their assets and be sunk in the same and not to isolate themselves from the people, and on the other hand, do not leave their current assets on the hope to find the future results, which may be unclear and unknown!
Rather, they should made carriages using the today's assets of themselves and others- including the parents- by their decisiveness, and find ways suing their knowledge, and make bridges between themselves and the characters and systems they are presented in by understanding the positions of the others and respect their beliefs. So that the same may make them reach to their objectives and destinations, where they may manage the balance establishment between work and life, honestly and happily and using an optimistic vision together with the people.
Second:
Concerning the social positions, the children should seek their progress and promotion towards multi-dimensional capabilities, preferably educational, professional and financial and being with others in the infinite spaces,
And avoid having false characters, being self-centered and making vulnerable single-purpose tasks in the limited areas, as in such areas by the growth of one, the other will have difficulty to grow; and the compulsory of being and living in such areas requires that either such other person is eliminated or stop their own growth! And get along with life, not forming it.

Analysis of the requirements for companionship and convergence with the characters and systems: the first realities which should made to be as belief for the children at the beginning of their entrance to the work and life areas outside their family company, and be embedded in their minds.
Of the first essential factors for convergence, perhaps the "will" and "may" may be named, towards which:
First of all we shall address this question and find its answer: if do not want or can meet the requirements of somebody or a system willingly and using our capabilities, or do not wish to meet our needs using the capabilities of such person or system, or adversely, if such person or system does not want such issues, then is it possible to expect to have any reason and motivation for convergence?
Thus, it seems that one of the primary conditions of convergence achievement is recognition of the capabilities and needs of the person or system we face and make them learn about our needs and capabilities.
We should believe that no person or system is absolutely complete; thus, all the wishes shall not be searched in a single person or system in convergences. And also, we should not believe or be committed that we may meet all the indefinite wishes of a person or system, as we are also not absolutely complete.
Being self-confident and proceeding hopefully are good issues, but when we may find and know about the realities and are able to arrange and determine the boundaries of expectations, we should not make default, and close the eyes and not to think logically deliberately! To not to know! And rely on the possibilities and indefinite rules! And eventually try to find the one in breach during the unavoidable difficulties of convergences!
We shall never expect that the person or system we have chosen for companionship in convergence, or is under our study to be chosen, should be absorbed and blured completely in our plans, thought and wishes. We should know that such person or system, though willing to do so, may not fulfill such task.
And we should never believe that we will be able to make a person or system to be absorbed in our thoughts for the achievement of the companionship and convergence, or that we will be able to be absorbed in the respective wishes totally, even if willing to do so.
Instead, we should believe that success is embedded in acceptance of a relative and not absolute convergence, which will achieved when both parties wish and may to recognize and exchange each other's capabilities and needs.
Hence, if we adapt with the unrealistic hopes to make the convergences on the capabilities and needs of the people and system that may not wish or can the same, then instead of convergence we should expect nothing but divergence.
And eventually, we should insure that in case a person or system has welcomed our today's wishes for convergence,
does such person or system wish or can be with us until convergence achievement?
and whether we also wish or can to remain with?


1) A,B vectors:
Direction and orientation of the wishes of two independent persons or systems that wish to study the possibility of companionship for convergence,
C vector: The primary and common direction and orientation of the factors defined for the companionship,
alpha, beta: The spaces among A and B vectors with C, respectively,

In order to enable the initiation of study, the two parties shall define and agree on a common origin, based on which they should address their viewpoints towards the companionship factors and have a primarily agreement concerning the study initiation and level of the current differences between their viewpoints and wishes.

After recognition the capabilities and needs and study the possibility of convergence, and achieving the agreement on changing the viewpoints towards a common basis, they should agree on the companionship vector (c) and minimize the deviation angels (i.e. alpha and beta) and be together. Otherwise:

After recognition the capabilities and needs for the convergence, they define a new vector, e.g. D, with a new direction, orientation, value and origin, based on which they agree and minimize the angles of their wishes, capabilities and needs vectors angles and be together for convergence.
A movement should never be initiated prior to determination and agreement on the characteristics of convergence vector (factors defined for companionship to converge), as it has been shown empirically that most of such performances shall have no result but confusing and losing each other.

Family analysis concerning the science, wealth, ethics and society:

Science and wealth are both personal achievements assets, which define their owners' competency with other people in different aspects.
And the society is the place to use and present the results of science and wealth to the people, and these results will just be considered as the basis of values when the same have been criticized for evaluation by the society members, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
And ethics has the role of liaison and presenting the science and wealth with the location of application, presentation and evaluation of the same, i.e. the society.
It is evident that though the science and wealth are of high quality and quantity, but in case they are presented to the society which fails to have quality and quantity acceptable for people, then the value of such science and wealth will be declined for such society members.
An example for the ethics role importance:
In case the connection which is responsible to transfer the best audios and videos between two electronic systems has low quality and quantity, and does not prevent penetration of its surrounding noises, then it will result in audio and video decline and sometimes makes them unbearable.

Family analysis concerning the social wishes models in line with choosing the science, wealth, ethics and their results




One of the most important factors for success is
to know that how much is needed concerning each aspect
under different conditions, times and locations?


1. Single Dimensional Science or Specialty (linear)
Some people try to use all their abilities to acquire and implement science or specialty; although these two may bring wealth as well, but those are in love with science or specialty will be satisfied with achieving their scientific or specialty wishes, though failing to reach wealth in this way.
Usually, the result of the achieved strives and wishes of these people are more public-friendly and durable than the same for the private physical wealth, such as Pasteur with penicillin, Edison with electricity, big managers and theorists with generative or rescuing thoughts and thesis for global economical and entrepreneurship systems, or those eliminating poverty and racial and economical biases, etc.
2. Single Dimensional Wealth (linear)
Some people also try to use all their abilities to have wealth, though the wealth may result in acquiring science for them, too, but they will be satisfied with achieving their wealth based wishes, though failing to reach science or specialty in this way.
Usually, the result of achieved strives and wishes of these people are of more private nature than the intellectual assets and are limited to certain families, times and locations and the effect of their works may be seen, touched and admired within a more limited time interval, e.g. those whose wealth effect may be seen by the buildings, factories or big shops with huge personnel, welfares and recreational facilities, and a variety of movable and immovable properties, etc.
3. Single Dimensional Ethics (linear)
Some people try to use all their abilities to acquiring and applying ethics; although the same may result in acquiring wealth and science, but those are in love with this will be satisfied with achieving their ethical wishes, though failing to reach wealth in this way.
Usually, the effect of the achieved strived and wishes of these people are more public-friendly and persistent than the private wealth.

Some people believe in merging two out of three dimensions of science, wealth and ethics and define their wishes zone as a plane, and define their assets on points on these planes and/or seek their wishes among these points.
Hence, they define the two-dimensional spaces of science - ethics (s-e) or wealth - ethics (w-e) and present the same to the society. Or they form the two-dimensional space of wealth - science (w-s) using one of the following three methods:
1.
Some go for science first, to acquire wealth through the same (those studying in a variety of majors)
2.
Some go for wealth first, to acquire science through the same (those who start working, either willingly or unwillingly and then start studying)
3.
Some people attend both science and wealth fields simultaneously and grow in both issues (those who work and also study)

Some people prefer to attend all the three dimensions of science, wealth and ethics simultaneously (s-w-e) and preset a three-dimensional definition of themselves to the society. This method is almost more difficult than the single- and two- dimensional methods, and required certain facilities and supports.
The model chosen by the family for the children is presence in the three-dimensional space, i.e. the third type model, which is implemented as follows:
Due to the needs and capabilities which are existed in family at any time, there is defined and determined a common maximum and minimum quality and quantity for each aspects of science, wealth and ethics, and each of the children attend all these three dimensions simultaneously due to such defined values,
Using the same method, they minimize the total time required to reach the maximum defined value for each of these dimensions, separately.

while "Sanee Industrial Co." was at its peak production and sales:
Suspending production of "Crawler Drills in family company" and substituting it with
Design and execution of the project for "Establishment of Sisto Scientific- Specialized Characters Correlated Group"
Through directing all activities towards "Forming the Initial Core Correlating Sisto Group Characters"
(Suspending the production in Sanee IND. Co. in order for Educating and Nurturing
"Top Managers instead of top machines" as far as possible)
Spring 2002, closing the safe and attractive family environment (i.e. Sanee IND. Co.), due which it was possible that the children capabilities are made of home-dependent pigeons nature, and guiding them towards the unknown, new and indefinite areas, where they may become of more a free high-fly eagle nature.

1- About Sisto
"Sisto" is a title selected:
A) In 2002, for a kind of special private college;
B) In 2004, for a technical and engineering research company;
C) In 2008, for a Scientific- Specialized Characters Correlated Group;
2- Description of why and how it was decided to suspend production in Sanee Industrial Co. and
substituting it with Sisto Project" in spring 2002.
Since necessity of management of keeping balance between “living to work and working to live” is one of the common ideas of the members of the family, three subjects are always discussed at the end of each project: 1- Extent of realization of past objectives, 2- Capabilities existing at present, 3- Future objectives, solutions and needs.
In 2002, as previous trend, when the project for “first exportation of the first crawler drills made in Iran” ended, the family dealt with analysis of the performances in line with two work and live principles.
From “Work” aspect: investigation of “successes achieved in Sanee Industrial Co.” and a lot of material and intellectual attractions achieved for continuing manufacture of crawler drills indicated that progress of the members in line with execution of the works was to the extent that devoted “all time, thought and activities of the members of the family to it”. From another aspect, a glance at the experiences achieved during recent years, especially during last decade from 1992 up to 2002, for top production, importation, exportation, economic issues and microeconomic and macroeconomics, correlation among domestic and foreign real and legal persons stated the important fact that deliberation in life aspects has also become necessary.
In other words, investigation of work aspects indicated that negative consequences of the attractions of the achievements should be considered so that they would not blemish future objectives.
From “Life” aspect: Investigation of “responsibilities of the family in line with future requirements for the children” such as trying to discover talents of the children, not being limited to the lessons of educational centers, avoiding from the idea of assigning all roles and responsibilities of the family to the characters and profit and employment centers and/or providing material facilities and leaving, using top ideas and paving the way for providing the conditions, as much as possible, for motivating and directing them toward valuable social positions that are talented in and wanted by them indicated that there was a special planning for establishing balance between work and life at the threshold of attendance of the children in the universities.
In other words: Investigation of requirements of life and responsibilities and objectives of the family
indicates necessity of a special planning.
In conclusion, all members decided that in order for that the most important objective of the family, i.e. "paying attention to the destiny and future of the children" is not faded in the light of some consequences of attractive, income-yielding and appreciable works, they act in such a way that:
Firstly: The society does not define the children just from the viewpoint of color and material and thickness of bars and walls of their golden cages, i.e. machines, small and large precincts and communicative positions that may be subject to accidents and destruction at any time and become worthless and the look and attention paid to the children and the definition provided for them will be substantive due to permanent capabilities (albeit low), not just mortal material belongings given to them or inherited from their parents.
Secondly: The children do not obtain false and narcissist character, do not deal with vulnerable one-dimensional works, do not limit them in self-built cages, do not fall far from each other, friends and people and seek enjoying from growth and promotion in being accompanied with others, not in eliminating them.
Based on the above analysis, the family concluded and reached the approach that if they are able and accept to take risks, Instead of continuing manufacture of Crawler Drills in Sanee Industrial Co, through a 10- to 15-year plan and project, direct the children according to their interests toward a direction that, form a group with each other in addition to having their independent and interested jobs so that the group can and be qualified to correlated independent scientific-specialized characters with top and special ideas in a system with similar space and thought and the family will reach its final objectives.
Therefore:
First, Scientific-Specialized Correlated Characters Group and then specifications of the members of the group and initial group correlating the characters were defined.
Based on these definitions, needs and capabilities were investigated and for "route" in the course of time, a milestone was defined according to the requirements and progresses of the children at present and in future.
Finally, the setting was designed as a special project and presented under the title of "Sisto". After accepting the risks and the probable heavy consequences resulting from execution of this project by all members of the family, its execution was begun.
In other words, Objective of the family since 2002 and onward, is to deal with educating and nurturing
"Top Managers instead of manufacturing more machines" as far as possible.

Definition of Sisto Scientific-Specialized Characters Correlated Group (S.C.G):
Sisto Scientific- Specialized Characters Correlated Group is a limited group, each one of whose members has independent social jobs and positions that believe and want to have relationship and- cooperation with other independent persons, emphasizing on preservation of independence and peace of their personal atmosphere and exchange their capabilities and needs with them, provided that they will be free from the constraint of dependency on “legal entities and/or similar systems confined and constrained to subject, location, time and financial revenue” for cooperation and relationship and instead, they will accompany “unlimited co-thinking and concordant systems not constructed to thematic, spatial, temporal and financial aspects” and try to extend such thought.
Method of Communication of the Members of Sisto Scientific- Specialized Characters Correlated Group
Members of SGC communicate through correlating Core whose members have defined specifications (S.E.G) based on the regulations of a Matrix Management System called Function Management System (F.M.S).

Specifications of Members of correlating Core of Sisto Scientific-Specialized Characters Correlated Group:
From Individual Aspects and Quality of Presence of the Core, Members of the correlating core should be positivist humans with incomes independent from the core and they should strongly believe that their presence in the core and their performances in Function Management System (F.M.S) should be honorary and free from expecting any remuneration and/or obtaining any income and they should expect to find common friends, who are in various social positions and territories and become older and more valuable, as their wage and reward against their efforts.
From social aspect, each member shall have independent social job and position and from academic, specialized and social positions, they shall have the competency for communicating and cooperating with characters and specialists who play special and effective roles in determining modern scientific strategies with respect to management, economic and commercial issues, modern technologies, technical and engineering researches and related domestic and foreign industries and have top knowledge, experience and thoughts.
From intra-group aspect, the members of initial core shall sufficiently know each other, having enough confidence, and there should be intellectual links and concordance, strong correlation and mutual respect among them, and they shall be informed of existence of such factors among them as time passes.
First Members of the Correlating Core:
The five members of family (Solouki family, in other word members of Sanee company family) will be the first members that forming the correlating core whom Based on a formulated plan from this year (2002) will try to obtain the specifications defined for members of the correlating core and pave the way for forming Sisto Scientific- Specialized Characters Correlated Group (S.C.G) as far as possible.
Continuance and Development of Correlating Core:
In order to continue, develop and qualitatively and quantitatively promote the correlating core, their members will try to invite the people with the above-mentioned specifications to attend the group as members.

Step 2 : Suspending production of Crawler Drill in Sanee Industrial Co. and substituting it with Sisto Project
Considering that it was felt necessary in the investigations that all potentials should be devoted to new objectives and realizing them, production of crawler drills was suspended in Sanee Industrial Co. until about 2010 and al facilities and experiences of the members of family and supplies of Sanee Industrial Co. were canalized for new project.
Step 3 : Definition of "a kind of Special Private College" called Sisto with internship educational system
In 2002, for reaching the aim of nurturing members of initial core with the defined specifications, the family designed a time-consuming project full of risk and expense for "establishing a kind of special private college" and by accepting to supply all material and intellectual expenses for its three students up to doctorate level up to 2015 or 2016, the family started a project. Among the characteristics up to B.S. Degree in the field of electronic engineering, the following can be expressed in brief:
Due to interest of the children to computer and electronics, learning academic subjects and sciences in the field of electronic engineering during 12 semesters in one of Iranian universities and obtaining B.S. Degree in the field of electronic engineering from the universities.
Simultaneously with studying, obtaining specialized scientific experiences in reputable production and operation sites with old and new domestic and foreign top technologies through using the experiences and relationships achieved from Sanee Industrial Co. and obtaining the applied-scientific specialized experiences and reputable social positions.
"Sisto College and its educational system as internship" provided the children with some facilities to:
Obtain the competency, as necessary for new technologies and technical engineering and management researches, for communicating and cooperating with specialists, experts and managers having top experiences and ideas in various domestic and foreign industries and economic and commercial issues.
In other word Sisto College and its educational system (internship),
lets children to obtain specifications, needed for initial correlating core.

Step 4 :Establishment of "Sisto Automation" Research Company for realization of Sisto Objectives
Since it was felt in 2004 that presence of young members of the group (children) in various centers and sites and fulfilling scientific research affairs as independent legal characters that have a subject related to technical and engineering researches will be more possible and conventional;
And also for giving self-confidence, finding the independence of presence in social positions, increasing the threshold of capacities in keeping mutual respect among the members and among them with others, capability of fulfilling state bank and official economic operations, especially sense of responsibility and lawfulness and creating more convergence among the young members of the group;
"Sisto Automation" Family Company was established under direct management of the children, with the subject of technical and engineering researches, relying on material and intellectual backgrounds and domestic and foreign records of Sanee Industrial Co.
The most important subject and objective followed for meeting the requirements of the members was to conduct research on capabilities and needs existing in two important cores of the society, i.e. scientific, research and educational centers on one hand and production and operation systems, centers and site on the other hand.
Such follow-up provided the important issue of proficiency of the group in needs and capabilities and raised the questions raised due to lack of coordination of these two big cores and proposed this fundamental question how these two important cores can be encouraged to exchange the capabilities and meet the needs even at the level of units and small centers and/or act as a correlating agent between the two, providing an appropriate bed for them to enter the world of managers.
This idea and objective in a plan that was provided in 2004 in first page of automation site, is described hereunder.

Step 5 :Forming initial correlating core (S.E.G) in winter 2008.
In winter 2008, 6 years after beginning "Sisto Project" and realization of many academic, specialized and social objectives, Simultaneously "Sisto" achieved one of its important objectives on studies of its three scholars, i.e. two members, who had electronic engineering degree, simultaneously were admitted at Master's Degree in the field of MBA majoring in international business and technology management in Wurtsburg University, Germany, and the third member enrolled in last academic semester in the field of electronic engineering;
As before, the family dealt with evaluation and investigation of the performances and the obtained results and was assured that at this point of time, it has been made possible to form initial core correlating Sisto Scientific- Specialized Characters Correlated Group and has approached one of its main objectives.
Therefore, as described for S.E.G, the family proceed to "define and form initial core" under the title of Solouki Engineering Group (S.E.G).

3- And at the end, description of why Sisto was "a Great Risk" ?!
Since, before 2002, the work in Sanee Industrial Co. focused on production of the machines whose destiny and behavior has been experienced and predictable, and on the other hand, their yield and results of their material expenditures were completely obvious and rapidly returnable and accessible, but in Sisto, move was toward "researches" and in the direction of the most unknown and unpredictable creature, i.e. human being, and its material and intellectual results were completely inaccessible and invisible and the losses were irrecoverable in some cases,
Then, dealing with this idea and deciding on and fulfilling it "by all members of the family on full-time basis" instead of continuing definite and profitable economic activity of production in Sanee Industrial Co., had high risk and was implausible and unacceptable for the most people who were friends of the family or associated with it and acknowledged doing definite, profitable and remarkable economic activity of production of crawler drills in Sanee Industrial Co.
For these reasons, all members of the family should be of the same idea and view and take very excerpt steps and the plans should be more accurate so that dangerous material and intellectual consequences resulting from probable failures can be avoided.
Under the current conditions, although sensitive years passed,
And apparently, short time has remained to 2011 and end of the period defined for realization of initial objectives,
But the risk still remains and it may be said that from many aspects, this percent is higher than before and
may remain so in future.

As first page of the site shows, in 2004, one of the main objectives of Sisto was to provide facilities for communicating between two important cores of the society, i.e. "universities" and "industrial production and operation centers".
These objectives were proposed much more comprehensively in 2008. Because investigation of the performance in last 6 years indicated that extent of the successes achieved for obtaining the specifications of the members of initial correlating core is higher than expected, so;
The correlating agent proposed under the title of "we" in 2004 was proposed more comprehensively in 2008 under the title of "Initial Correlating Core of (S.E.G)" because young members have obtained many academic and specialized specifications and social positions.
The agents being correlated, which was only the subsets of "universities and industrial centers" in Sisto Automation, are now include a range of "scientific-specialized characters of (S.C.G)" that is not limited to a special field and job.
Or in other words: Objectives of the family since 2001 till now were in one direction and their scope has been developed and found their necessary definitions only through growing movement of the group in the course of time, proportionate to the extent of the successes achieved.
