Definition of Successful Family Business in today’s global village is
an “alteration” of its definition in yesterday’s villages
(like expansion of definition of literacy in past and today – UNESCO article)
Our (S.E.G.) understandings of:
• Family:
Members of a group related by blood or marriage.
• Business:
Exchanging the capabilities and meeting the needs according to both parties’ interests and conditions.
• Success:
Meeting a target which a person has defined personally regarding her/his situations, not one that others determine for her/him or themselves.
• Successful Family Business:
A group whose members are related by blood or marriage; While enjoying their successes in their personal life and independent jobs, they also venture with other members of the family group in exchanging capabilities to meet their needs within or outside of the group with no constraint with regard to fixed location, job, and time.
Since childhood, adolescence, and adulthood, we three siblings have equally and together taken steps in acquiring experience from managers, entrepreneurs, and scientific-specialized individuals. Thanks to our life-time education and along with our parents’ guidance and the facilities of both our friends and family companies, we have come to believe that:
1)
Definition of the “Family” has not changed over time since yesterday’s villages. However, it seems the traditional definition of the “Family Business” does not fit in the realities of the today’s advanced world’s puzzle. This mismatching makes a revision in the definition of “Family Business” necessary for us to recognize family businesses as one of the best solutions of sustainable and successful business. In a similar sense, the definition of “literacy” has changed from its traditional definition of an individual’s skill to read and write to a more complex and modern definition. UNESCO now discusses literacy as a social process which includes the ability to transmit writings and information to others through today’s technology such as computers (article link).

One’s level of success to access better opportunities depends on the number of options s/he knows and competences that s/he has.
3)
Reason of Presence and Competence of Presence are two success pillars; The first one describes the link/opportunity given to a person to enter a system and the second one designates her/his longevity in the system.
4)
If the children of families acquire both Reason of Presence and Competence of Presence simultaneously in the business environments of family groups since adolescence and youth, they would conduct life and work with more cognition and motivation
Regarding the abovementioned beliefs, we realize that along with education and desired activities, it’s necessary for kids and teenagers to be familiar and companionate with experiences, social relations, and work activities of parents and their friends. Through this, the child would understand the pros and cons of various social positions and educational and professional fields.
Such experiences empower one to be more conscious in adulthood in:
Finding fields of interests,
Choosing field of study and desired career,
Selecting future like-minded companions in life and profession.
In such a way, he/she will obtain permanent substantive capabilities and will have joyful experiences, among which the most pleasant could be:
Pride of the past,
Enjoying the present,
Hope for the future,
Finding the power to manage time and boundaries of work and life,
Enthusiasm to transfer hearty bonds and the entrepreneurship spirit to the next generation in order to exchange the capabilities and meet the needs through family groups.

Sanee Industrial Co. is a legal entity affiliated with the family of group, whose achievements are the main motivating factor for obtaining various specialties in various aspects since adolescence.
Sanee Industrial Co. was the first manufacturer of crawler drills in Iran, the first exporter of such machines from Iran, being manufacturing in Iran and assembled in abroad, through issuing technical and engineering services based on "Qualification Certificate of Investment Organization" signed by Vice-minister and Director General of Iran Investment Organization and "Approval of Iran Higher Council Investment" signed by Ministry of Financial and Economic Affairs, honored with written notices for support by Ministry of Industries and some foreign reputable companies due to specialized and exclusive production in Iran, the first Electropneumatic hammer in Iran.
Members of the board and experts of technical and engineering research and R&D units of Sisto Automation Company;
Sisto automation, resulting from Sanee Industrial Co., relying on the peer managers, with the aim of forming independent young specialist group that, as a legal entity in line with technical, engineering and management researches, is qualified for communicate with those who enjoy top experiences and ideas and want to exchange such ideas and experiences and their results with others.
Experts of technical and R&D units of Aria Kian Industrial Production Company;
Enjoying fully robotic lines for assembling and manufacturing automotive parts (manufacturing cradles for Peugeot 405, Peugeot Pars, Peugeot 206 and Samand), fully automatic ED electrophoretic painting line, Aria Kian is a member of Association of Automotive Part Manufacturers, member of Iranian Supreme Center of Entrepreneurship and Guild Unions, member of Specialized Association for R&D Centers of Iranian Industries and Mines and colleague of various domestic and foreign reputable companies.
Member of the board of directors, technical expert and consultant in Fanavaran Elmend Informatic Company (Member of Iranian Higher Council of Informatics);
Technical expert and consultant in Fanavaran Educational and Cultural Company;
Fanavaran Co. possesses specialized complexes for education of computer for girls and boys, non-governmental technical high schools for girls and boys, free scientific education centers for girls and boys.

Trend of education and obtaining special experiences
in internship method inside and outside of the country since adolescence till 2006;
This group, which was and is a member of heavy industry family of the country, has successfully achieved the following due to its special planning:

Since 1992,
by recruiting a valuable internship system simultaneously with primary school, guidance school, high school and university studies at production and operation sites, small and large workshops and factories of various industries such as machine and part manufacturing, food industries, dam, road and tunnel construction, drilling, they have obtained invaluable experiences and each achieved special privileges depending on the conditions.

In 2002,
they were dispatched abroad for assembling crawler drills, accompanied with Iranian experts.

In 2003,
they successfully passed specialized international course on hydraulics, pneumatics, electro hydraulics and electro pneumatics, proportional hydraulics, sensorics, PLC, and robotics in Iranian branch of Festo Co., and obtained the certificate of the said courses, being qualified for attending production sites with industrial automation systems.

Since 2004,
as an independent legal entity under the title of managers and experts of Sisto Automation Company, they communicated with production and operation sites and scientific-research centers and provided the group with facilities for obtaining knowledge and experience.

From administrative and managerial communication aspect, they had the opportunity to attend, discuss and obtain experience in many meetings and sessions of the managers and professionals of private and public centers, exhibitions, gatherings and conferences.

Being placed in specialized environment of automation and industrial robotics
inside and outside of the country since 2006 till 2008;

In Fall 2006:
In order to obtain technology and performance of industrial robots and learn how to manage such systems, this group defined its training course and university projects accordingly, and was introduced to Aria Kian Industrial Production Co. in cooperation with Ministry of Industries and Mines by relying on the experiences obtained in Sanee Industrial Co., Festu and Sisto, and followed its specialized objectives in Aria Kian Company.

In Spring 2007:
Due to progress in theoretical and practical expertise on information of systems and robotic line, the group attracted attention of the experts and managers of various systems and units and succeeded to begin its official cooperation as technical personnel of Aria Kian Company under the title of experts of technical and R&D units.
Upon achieving such special conditions, the group gained more freedom and as a result, it could obtain valuable specialties, present remarkable comments and find better position in the system insofar as:

In August 2007
Two members (Saeedeh and Ali) were elected by the managers of Aria Kian Company for specialized mission related to taking delivery of robotic line for assembling cradle of Peugeot 206 from France and were dispatched to Italy and France in September 2007.
In October 2007, in addition to fulfilling the work and passing specialized courses in Italy and visiting Equip Auto 2008 Fair, Paris and having effective visits with some authorities and participants from Europe and other countries, they succeeded to experience Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

Being accompanied with managers and their valuable experiences and communications
in line with objectives of S.E.G.

Since 2008:
Simultaneously with admission at Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the field of Business Integration in University of Wuezburg, Germany, getting accompanied with managers and their valuable experiences and communications in line with the objectives of S.E.G Group.
