Since 2011, one of the most important collective objectives of S.E.G. Group is to establish decentralized Expertise, Consultation and Management Network Systems with no constraint with regard to time, location and fixed facilities.

In a friendly atmosphere, relied on mutual trust and respect, such systems will enable, as far as possible, exchanging the capabilities and meeting the needs of limited number of characters (members) having a special idea based on the codes of a system called "Function Management System (F.M.S)".

• As required, having specialty in the field of electronics and mechanics, advanced automation systems, industrial robotic lines, machinery, components, parts and products related to industries in different world's countries.

• Until around 2016 as honorary, having relationship and cooperation with systems, characters and specialists who play special and effective roles in determining modern scientific strategies for management , economic, commercial, modern technologies, technical and engineering researches and various domestic and foreign industries issues and have top experiences and ideas.

In a coherent group, each one as a responsible member to objectives of S.E.G (sponsors of group) continues to knowing and cooperating with the characters who attend various specialties and social positions in different countries and believe in exchanging the capabilities and meeting the needs with others.

Analysis of S.E.G Group is that during this period (until 2012), the more the number of characters with whom it cooperates in different countries, In line with Individual Objectives; the more is understood by the young members of the group about quality and quantity of various jobs and social positions which offer more options for selecting the concerned permanent job and social position compliant with their talents, and In line with Collective Objectives: the more similarly-thinking companions will be achieved by group, hence has more choices for selecting members of S.C.G.

In line with Individual Objectives:

would focus their activities on choosing their beloved job and obtaining required abilities for that job and starting their independent life apart from other group's members, and they would plan for time and location of their beloved and required Doctorate program.

In line with Collective Objectives:

The young members of the S.E.G. will endeavor to form and develop a system able to connect those individuals who welcome exchanging their capabilities and meeting their needs in a friendly atmosphere.
