











In 2008, reviewing competency of child of family in line with forming the Sisto Scientific - Specialized Characters Correlated Group (S.C.G)
In 2008, review of the family indicated that the achievements (the objectives based on which "Sisto System" was defined in 2002) and the positive results obtained between 1992 and 2008 have exceeded the extent expected. Also since the children experienced and participated in different aspects and classes of social and occupational positions since their adolescence, they understood the necessity of "having specialty, positive attitude and social connections" and "managing time and boundaries of work and life" to the extent required, and they reached the conclusion that for traveling through multidimensional routes of life, accompanying the similarly-thinking and positivist companions, who believe in teamwork and mutual respect is preferred to traveling alone.
Under such conditions, it can therefore be said that each of them is able and qualified to attend their concerned social positions and atmospheres independently and by their own choice, adopt the responsibilities related to such positions personally, and play a positive effective roles, simultaneously enjoying partnerships and group performances with other members of the family and other similarly-thinking groups in other aspects.
In other words, review in 2008 indicated that the children could obtain the characteristics defined in 2002 for members of the correlating core of "Sisto Scientific-Specialized Characters Correlated Group".

Necessity of definition and formation of Solouki Engineers Group (S.E.G) in line with forming of Correlating Core;
At this point of time (2009) that formation conditions of Correlating Core of “Sisto Scientific-Specialized Characters Correlated Group” has been made possible, definition of Core under specific title and guide lines became necessary
Based on the characteristics defined in 2002 for the members of initial core, by using two factors of "Solouki and Engineers", which were among the permanent and inseparable commonalities of the members of the family, "Correlating Core" was first defined tunder he title of "Solouki Engineers Group (S.E.G)" and then a kind of "Executive System with Matrix Management" was designed and defined under the title of "Function Management System (F.M.S)" for having definite criterions for cooperation.
At any time in any place and under any condition, this system is able to turn "diversity of social positions (selection of various jobs) and obligatory distances" of the members that may be problematic in future into necessary and important linking factors yielding the results more valuable than before.
For this purpose, like other successful projects performed in the past and before this date, the members of S.E.G could initiate this plan and objective by defining initial models, which seemed obvious and simple but had infrastructural content, since 2008 and execute and test it in the form of F.M.S system proportionate to the present condition of the members, obtaining noticeable results.

Situation of five members of family as S.E.G’s members and Correlating Group when they not live in a common home and have independent jobs and life in different locations (even different countries)
